Use the enquiry form or WhatsApp to tell us whether you are interested in a tattoo or piercing, share the practical details and suggest suitable dates. We’ll reply with the next steps.
Do I need to pay a deposit?+
A £50 non-refundable deposit secures a tattoo appointment. With more than 48 hours’ notice it can be moved to another date or put into a voucher; cancellations within 48 hours lose the deposit. Piercing deposit arrangements are confirmed before booking.
Can you help develop my idea?+
Absolutely. You do not need a finished design—bring the feeling, references or story and we can shape it into something personal.
Is the studio private?+
Yes. Kei’s Kreations offers calm one-to-one appointments in a welcoming private studio in Shepperton.
Who offers piercing?+
Piercing appointments are currently offered by Keileigh, with Lillie joining the studio soon.
Which piercings can I enquire about?+
A broad range of piercings can be considered following consultation. Suitability, age, identification and consent requirements are confirmed before an appointment is accepted.
Is jewellery included?+
Standard jewellery is included. Premium jewellery upgrades are available, with options and prices confirmed during booking.
How long is a piercing appointment?+
Piercing sessions are booked in 30-minute slots, Monday to Saturday between 10:00 and 19:00. Aftercare guidance is included.
